THERAPY THAT BLENDS SCIENCE + SOUL

IFS (parts work), nervous system healing & spiritual guidance

*For those local to Colorado, California, & Texas, USA.* Therapeutic Coaching is available worldwide to those outside of CO, CA, and TX.

You sit in therapy sessions feeling like you're going in circles. You understand your patterns intellectually, but your body still holds the tension. Your intuition feels buried under layers of analysis and self-doubt.

I believe healing happens when we honor all parts of you—not just your thinking mind. Using trauma-informed therapy that integrates IFS, somatic work, and spiritual wisdom, we'll help your whole system come back into alignment.

Because you weren't born anxious, overthinking, or disconnected from yourself.

Let's help you remember who you really are.

Here's what healing looks like:

FAQs

  • Most therapy focuses on the mind - understanding patterns, developing coping skills, or processing trauma cognitively. My approach honors that your healing happens across all levels: mind, body, and spirit.

    Here's what makes it different:

Comprehensive Assessment: I look at what's hijacking your power across your parts, nervous system, attachment patterns, inherited trauma, and even soul-level themes that may span lifetimes.

Science + Soul Integration: I blend evidence-based methods (IFS, EMDR, nervous system regulation) with spiritual wisdom (energy work, intuitive guidance, ritual, and when appropriate, past life regression).

Self Sovereignty Focus: Rather than just managing symptoms, we work toward you trusting yourself completely and responding from your authentic Self instead of wounded parts.

Embodied Healing: We don't just talk about your patterns - we work with your nervous system to create felt shifts in your body.

Intuitive Guidance: I help you reconnect with and trust your own inner knowing, using my intuitive abilities to support your healing process.

Ritual Integration: We may incorporate ritual work to mark transitions, release old patterns, or integrate new ways of being.

This isn't therapy that keeps you in your head. It's transformation that helps you trust your whole system - logical mind, body wisdom, and spiritual intuition.

  • IFS therapy is particularly powerful if you notice different "parts" of yourself showing up in different situations - like the part that's confident at work but anxious in relationships, or the part that takes care of everyone else but struggles to care for yourself.

You might be a good fit if you:

    • Feel like you're living in your head and disconnected from your body/intuition

    • Notice patterns repeating despite your best efforts to change

    • Feel triggered easily or struggle to regulate back to calm

    • Experience attachment struggles - getting anxious when partners need space, avoiding intimacy to prevent hurt, or needing constant reassurance in relationships

    • Find yourself people-pleasing or abandoning your needs to maintain connection

    • Carry fears, shame, or burdens that feel bigger than your own life experiences - what we call "legacy burdens" or generational trauma

    • Notice family patterns showing up in your life that you swore you'd never repeat

    • Have tried traditional therapy but feel like something's still missing

    • Are drawn to approaches that honor both psychology and spirituality

    • Want to understand yourself at a deeper level, not just manage symptoms

IFS is especially helpful for healing trauma, attachment wounds, and legacy burdens because it helps you identify which parts get activated in relationships, understand what they're carrying (including inherited trauma), and develop Self-leadership so you can respond from your centered, authentic Self rather than from wounded parts.

If you're curious about your inner world and ready to build a loving relationship with all parts of yourself, IFS can be transformational.

  • Yes, and I work with them differently than traditional approaches by addressing root causes rather than just symptoms.

Anxiety: We explore which parts of you are anxious and what they need to feel safe, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect you to your calm, centered Self.

Trauma: Using IFS and EMDR, we help wounded parts release what they're carrying while strengthening your Self-leadership. We also address inherited trauma that may not even be yours.

Codependency: We identify which parts abandon your needs for others, outsource your wellbeing, and help them learn that you can meet their needs for connection and safety from within.

    Other areas I specialize in:

    • Complex trauma and PTSD

    • Depression

    • Relationship patterns and attachment wounds

    • Boundaries

    • Spiritual awakening and integration

    • Plant medicine preparation and integration support

    • Chronic conditions affecting mental health (endometriosis, PMDD)

    • Religious deconstruction

    • High-achiever burnout

    • Non-traditional relationship dynamics

My approach gets to the root of why these patterns exist rather than just teaching you to cope with them. We heal the parts carrying these burdens so you can respond from your authentic Self.

  • At this time all sessions are virtual for your convenience. This will be updated when and if it changes.

In the meantime, follow Bethany on Instagram to stay in the loop on any in person offerings.

  • Absolutely. In fact, many clients find virtual sessions even more effective because:

Comfort of Your Space: You're in your own environment, which can help you feel safer to go deep and be vulnerable.

No Travel Stress: You can transition directly into your session feeling grounded rather than rushing from traffic or finding parking.

Access to Your Tools: Your journal, tissues, water, comfort items are all right there when you need them. Not to mention any fur babies you may have :)

Easier Integration: After sessions, you're already home to process and integrate rather than having to drive while potentially emotionally activated.

Consistent Connection: We can work together regardless of travel, weather, or life circumstances.

The therapeutic relationship and transformation happen through our connection, not the physical space. I've been providing virtual therapy since before 2020 and have seen profound healing occur through the screen.

The most important factor in therapy effectiveness isn't location - it's the quality of the therapeutic relationship and your readiness to engage in the work.
